• The DATA Website Builder is free to use to build websites for yourself or for your customers if you are an agency.
• DATABASY websites are incredibly easy to build and if you have an agency, you can share the workload easily with your client without them being aware of the technical side. You can send them a login so that they can input content and contact details and so forth. You can then show them the final outcome at a later stage once you are happy with your side of the development which may be tab structure, logo design, image selections, proof reading etc.
• All websites in the World require ‘website hosting’. No matter what you do, you need to pay somehow for website hosting for your website to be live on the internet. Website hosting is when your website files sit on a server which live feeds to the internet. An SSL (security certificate) is also a mandatory requirement for running a website otherwise your website will warn anyone that visits the website that it is not secure. An SSL has an arguable value of $150 /yr for an agency to renew and maintain this for you.

• To retain your website developments in the system without charge long term is fine. 
• To push your site live is $29/m (Paid annually);
  or $49/m (Paid monthly)

NOTE: You have 14 days from commencing a project to when it needs to ‘go live’ with the subscription payment but you can stay on a test domain until ready to launch to the proper domain. If your subscription payments fall short, it can affect your entire account which may be deleted if payment reminders are unsuccessful. 

‘Unlimited’ items seen in the pricing plans above, are limited by GB allowance.

Data Allowances:

• See the pricing plans above or go to account settings in sidebar to find out how to upgrade or downgrade.
• If you need more data you will be charged in full for the new amount when you upgrade and the new usage will apply from that point forward.
  
• You can see your GB usage and account details via the settings tab in the sidebar of your crm.databasy.io homepage.
• Data allowances are split between stored data and transfer data/mth and shared across the CRM and any website/s and the builder on the account.
• Increasing your plan is not reversible.
• Your Databasy account will become effectively unusable if a subscription payment is overdue, except for the ability to manage the subscription. Best to check usage in CRM settings from time to time to avoid set backs.
• Upgrade your data allowance anytime at $99 for additional 1TB. That’s equivalent to about 4 million screenshots. If you had 10 staff members working full time and adding one screenshot to your files per hour each, according to these estimates it would take 149 years to fill the allowance.

• All users can connect a Gmail or Gsuite account via the settings tools in the sidebar of the CRM. This integration is limited to 100 emails per day per user.
• All users can connect their own cPanel (server) for emails if they prefer. By connecting your own cPanel you become UNLIMITED in the amount of emails you can send.
• Your inbox has email and SMS combined. You can view sent & or received email simultaneously with SMS so that you have all comms in one list, or you can opt to view one or the other.
• You can use the home page table to organise contacts into groups. You can bulk check lists of people to send the same message to.
• You can create templated messages so you don’t have to type the same things all the time.
• You can setup sequenced messages so you can push template messages one after the other on a scheduled timeline so you can really nurture those clients.
• To import your email history from Gmail or Outlook etc contact Live Chat for guidance. You’ll just need to export it first from the 3rd party, so best to engage a google search to work it out or request support from our team.

• You will need an Android phone & active SIM card which are readily available very cheaply.
• Download the DATABASY app from the settings region in your CRM in the sidebar of the home page.
• Follow the installation instructions to connect the phone to your CRM.
• You can now SMS from the CRM.

• We’ve made it super easy to have a dialler. Simply open a Skype account, purchase a phone line and plan with Skype.
• When you click a phone icon in the CRM it will automatically open your live Skype account and dial the users related to the row or page.
• If you need an alternate phone line solution contact live chat and we can organise a quote for the integration.

• The branded guest panel is the ability to invite external emails/contacts to a data tab in your system. You can customise what they can see on this page and what they can edit. For more information see the FAQ’s page of this website.
• This guest invitation system can help you to push information gathering to the best person capable of populating the information and allowing various approvers, internally or externally, to review and edit information.

DATABASY operates on a global CDN meaning that your data is optimised no matter where you are in the World.

Different locations can have different tax obligations. Your tax obligations are your responsibility to manage.

Differing locations may bring cause for changes to your plans or conditions or may not be serviced.

• Your CRM home page has certain cells that contain numeric values. With the paid version you can see reports of these values and associated information.

• You can import a CSV of your contacts via the settings region in the CRM, found in the sidebar.

Live Chat Support is intended for light guidance of up to 1 hour per month per account, meetings can be arranged for setup support, technical support and existing user customisation discussions, customisations or integrations; at $79/hr or at quoted rates.

• Quotes, Invoices & Transactions modules are unavailable at this time while we develop the module to a fine craft. Estimated to be availed by mid 2024.
• “App Fees” of 1% apply on FREE DATABASY accounts issuing invoices/transactions, (referring to a 1% charge by Databasy). The payment gateway also apply’s standard payment gateway fees typically circa $0.30c per transaction plus 1.75% of the transaction for bank processing; full pricing terms can be found at Stripe.com or the gateway utilised. Payment gateway fee’s are unavoidable and apply to all accounts. If you need a payment gateway other than Stripe reach out to us for a quote for the integration.

• Your Databasy account will stop if an upgrade is required, best to check usage in CRM settings from time to time to avoid set backs.
• You can cancel your account at anytime via the account settings region in the sidebar of your crm.databasy.io homepage.
• DataBasy reserves the right to close accounts at anytime.
• Plans, inclusions and pricing are subject to change from time to time and caould apply separately to separate accounts.

• The DATABASY multi stage data encryption refers to the encryption facilities worn into the software frameworks we have used to develop the system. It’s purpose is for security of the system and to help prevent interception of your data.

Data exports are available by request, in the format desired by DATABASY (csv) for:

• Contacts
• Data Tabs

For the case DATABASY export offering is not sufficient you are responsible for ensuring your information is exported by your own external means or by engaging with DATABASY support for a custom solution that will be assessed and quoted if approved.

• SOC reports are the software system design and monitoring reports that Enterprise level companies reliably request prior to engaging with a CRM. 
• If you do need to be involved in SOC reporting reach out to live chat and if you have a questionnaire at the ready, be sure to send it through to us at the time if possible. This will help us to assess your requirement and quote for the service.

• Spamming is not accepted. Users agree to abide by Spam regulations.
• FREE account users will have a message on all messages sent “Powered by DATABASY the FREE CRM”
• All accounts have an opt out verbiage automatically applied to BULK messages “Reply stop to opt out”.
• Unfortunately we do not have or allow a link to be clicked for an opt out process. People don’t trust clicking links and so it isn’t a reliable solution.
• Once someone ops out you will manage it from the home page table or the message itself where you received the notification. By clicking the X and making it red. You can then filter the home page to see only the contacts that are happy to be contacted, which makes bulk send from home page easy without bothering parties that do not desire to be contacted.
• To help prevent SPAM in your own inbox you can opt to move a message to the spam folder in the inbox OR move all messages from that sender to the spam folder in future.
• If you do receive a lot of spam yourself, consider using ‘private’ settings when you buy a domain, as some of the the domain portals are thought to on sell your data if you don’t. You can also put a CAPTCHA function on your website contact forms, which helps protect from Bots operating the contact form sends.

• On the free version of Databasy, if you are not active for 14 days the account is deleted.
