But it’s good to know how DATABASY can serve as an advantage when combined with these services, which can help you to close those deals, and then deliver on what you’ve promised.
DISCOUNTS
Discounts are how you monetise. For example, by charging your customer 100% of the DATABASY costs. And if you are only paying 50% to DATABASY, you are now monetising. No different to if you were traditionally paying hosting fees for hosting a customers website and then charging more to the customer.

Whichever account instigates a website or CRM plan is the account that gets the ‘credit’ (see left column, column 1) for the plan. And that credit can never be transferred. So you can transfer the plan to another account but the credit will remain in the originating account. And so long as that plan is still active, the initiator will retain the credit. The only caviet as that paid support is between the account owner and DATABASY.
The maximum dollar value of discount, per plan per month including all types of discounts (Columns 2,3,4), is $50. So if you have a customer and you set them up with a DATABASY website and a DATABASY CRM, The maximum you will be able to discount is $100 /month. If you have 10 more customers like this your max is inevitably $1000 /month, as there is no cap on the amount of customers you can add.
The discounts are ongoing until the plan is cancelled or unpaid. If the plans start up again (in no matter who’s account), your credit will reappear. If the plans are closed and dormant they may be deleted.
a) Whenever you increase to a higher discount, that discount is applied to all future plans. Previous plans remain at the previous discount level.
b) And if you drop a level due to a reduction in credits, all plans that were at a higher discount drop down also.
c) Rinse and repeat. So the key is to get 11 customers at a minimum at all times, to get the most benefit, and the more customers you can get using DATABASY the more you can earn from it.

SUPPORT
Any active DATABASY user can add their business domain to our databasy.io/community page, where you can opt to list your business as an external support service of DATABASY. You can also monitor and comment in the community chat so you may also find opportunity that way.
DATABASY does have some free support as per the databasy.io/pricing information. The ‘Support’ mentioned in the table on this page is for deeper paid support if it were required. We will work with the account owner. So if you desire to monetise from support middling, you should do your best to incentivise the customer to stay in your account, by offering great service, exceptional knowledge and even perhaps offering small discounts to the customer, off the back of your ‘wholesale’ position.

You may at times wish to transfer the control of an account to someone else. Or to an alternate email address of your own. You can at this time opt to give control only, to the new receipient… or control plus the credits.
