THE FREE DATABASY DIALLER
- It’s an integration with Skype for the landline phone lines.
- You’ll need to open a Skype account, buy a phone line (Circa $15) and buy a plan for credits ($10+).
- Skype is useful as it allows connections internationally and has low setup and operational costs.
- Simply be logged into Skype on the same device as you are operating DATABASY.
- When you click the phone icon anywhere in the CRM, the CRM will open Skype for you and automatically start dialling.
- Inbound calls will not hit your CRM, unfortunately Skype doesn’t allow it. So your inbound calls will still open up through Skype interface on the device.
- Inbound and outbound call records can be availed through Skype. Outbound call records also availed in DATABASY.
- Call recordings are not available in the free solution.

- You can let us know what you need if the basic Skype solution isn’t enough.
- We will advise further regarding options and expected costs or ongoing costs for the solution desired.
NOTE
Watch for a small popup in the bottom left of your DATABASY CRM, which asks you if your dial was connected, you can respond YES or NO. This allows tracking so that over time you can be aware of how many dials or calls (connections/conversations) you need to make compare against sales data. This is beneficial for visualising the setting of minimum targets or bonus targets across your sales team.
